Directory listings which state they are 'owner verified' are managed by the rescue owner, giving a high level of confidence in the information provided. Those which are not (and therefore display the 'Claim Listing' button) are maintained by our volunteers using information gathered from the rescue or their website. We tried to contact animals in need 14 times in one morning for help and were unable to contact them. We couldn’t even leave a message as the answer phone was full. We are very disappointed as they are often recommended locally for animals needing assistance but my experience has put me off contacting them in the future. Thankful with the help of helpwildlife.co.uk we managed to find someone to help us an our stricken wildlife.

  • NB: If you have a wildlife casualty please TELEPHONE the rescue. Emails, tweets, Facebook messages etc may only be read infrequently during busy periods. Website, social media and email details are provided for information only and are NOT suitable routes through which to seek help in an emergency.
