The treatment sent out (homeopathic) did not work at all for our fox with mange. Impossible to reach by phone, no answering machine. Really good at replying timely on Facebook though.

Unlike Marina....I have successfully treated several urban foxes with the free homeopathic mange treatment so kindly sent out by the in my opinion it does work. As there were quite a few different foxes coming at various times I put drops over all the dog biscuits and on the soft food and also in the water bowl every night and continued the treatment for at least 6-8 weeks, until I saw the hair returning and the constant scratching stopped. You can access the NFWS on their Facebook page and find out about Sarcoptic Mange, make a donation if you can and request treatment if appropriate. There is also a Foxy Friends Auction page on Facebook which helps raise money for the sick or injured foxes and cubs that the NFWS

I had an extremely weak and sick fox in my garden today and rang for urgent advice. There was No answer on either of the two numbers listed (even the 'emergency number'), I tried up until 10.30am :-( I resorted to ringing RSPCA whom I knew would pts but I had no choice as the poor fox was clearly suffering. The fox dragged itself under a gap in my fence literally minutes before the RSPCA arrived. If the fox returns (which somehow I sadly doubt) who can I call to come and help in the West Yorkshire area?

Sorry to hear that. I will check that the numbers we have listed are up to date. There are a few other rescues who help foxes listed for West Yorkshire - You could try Meltham, The Wildlife Haven or Yorkshire Swan Hospital (who actually help a lot more than just swans).

Tried to call this company on both numbers provided again and again and no answer. We have an injured fox who we desperately want to help but are not having any luck at all. It's heartbreaking, he's only a baby and needs help.
