The website crashed in September 2016 but was rebuilt as soon as possible. If you have a bat casualty please call 0345 1300 228. This line is open weekends and late at night during the summer. please put the bat in a shoebox with tiny air holes, as small cloth to hide in and some water in a milk bottle top. Please wear gloves to pick up and move the bat, as you should with any wild animal.
