Our Helpdesk

helpwildlife.co.uk is a charity run advice website which is part of the Starlight Trust

Since 2016 our volunteers have, in addition to the general information contained on the website, been offering bespoke advice and guidance to those finding sick, injured and at risk wildlife. If you are unable to find the help and advice you need through the website you can submit an individual help request to our helpdesk in the following ways.

– Click the green ‘help’ button in the lower right hand corner of any page of our website
– Send an email to advice@helpwildlife.co.uk
– Message our Facebook page (facebook.com/HelpWildlife)
– Fill out the form at helpwildlife.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/new

Whichever route you choose, our volunteers aim to respond within an hour and typically you’ll receive a response in about 15-20 minutes. The helpdesk is available Mon – Sat 09:00 – 21:00 and Sunday 10:00 – 18:00.
