After finding a scoter duck in need of some TLC and spending hours on the internet asking different animal rescue centres for help, the Welsh Wildlife Rescue was the only one that was willing or able to offer any assistance. Very friendly and helpful, even arranged a drop off point for the duck as it was quite a distance from me to them.5*

Took a sick herring gull adult to this rescue centre today. I was given excellent instructions about how to capture it safely and was greeted by friendly and sympathetic guy who took in the bird for treatment. Thank you for your brilliant work.
