Contacted Paula today regarding a very poorly hedgehog we found outside our home today , we took him to her tonight she looked him over and made a quick and thorough examination of him ,very grateful for her help hopefully he will recover - if he does it will be entirely due to her fast actions .

Hi Cali, did you leave a message at all? Most wildlife rescues like Prickly Pals are just run by one or two people so they can't always answer the phone if they are busy with other animals. They will usually call back quite quickly if you leave a message.

Hi. I actually work full time and have children to see to. You will find a lot of small rescues are similar - that is, we do it in our spare time in order to help the animal. However. I always reply to messages left on my answer machine and will re-direct finders if I am full. Thanks Joanne

Our volunteers work hard to keep these listings up to date but your help with this is very much needed and appreciated. We rely on YOUR feedback to keep this information up to date so please leave a comment below to let us know whether the contact details are correct and whether the rescue could help with the species you contacted them about. Please

- stick to factual comments - the aim of this site is not to review how ‘good’ a rescue is and comments which are purely opinion based may not be approved.

- DO NOT use the comments box to try and send a message to the rescue - this is a directory site and independent from the rescue listed. If you wish to contact the rescue please use the contact information provided above.

- DO NOT comment seeking advice about a casualty as your question may not be seen quickly. If you need advice about a bird or animal please telephone the rescue directly using the contact details listed above.
