John & Linda are superb in the help they give us down in Sussex. they have never said NO about coming out to help. I myself learnt how to 'Catch your patient' with John & Linda's guidance and I can't speak highly enough about them and what they do. THANKYOU very much for your advice and assistance! Sonya, for WRAP

They picked up a pigeon with a broken wing which was so kind of them to come all the way to Peaslake, Surrey. John and Linda are very friendly and are real examples care in the community

I had reason to find help in rescuing some orphaned ducklings today. I rang several "animal rescue centres" who would not or could not help, for various reasons. I have to say that Mr & Mrs Potts from Swan & Friends Bird rescue really went out of their way to help. Their genuine interest in the welfare of animals is evident. A very big THANK YOU to you both.

Found a baby swallow. Tried all wildlife help but no one available on a Sunday. Called this number and spoke with a kind & confident man who directed us the the wildlife hospital. They accepted the little bird and were really helpful. Was a relief to get the little bird help. Thank you
