Found a wild blackbird that looked as if it's wing was broken and maybe mauled by a cat. Lovely people at centre took it and although the first 24 hrs is most crucial they put it in a cage with 3 other baby blackbirds so hopefully it will be ok. All info up to date and centre was flagged immediately when I asked how to look after a bird with a broken wing. Well done all of you at Cente.

Took a long time for anyone to pick up (rang all numbers several times across two hours) but once we did reach someone they were happy to take on our pigeon with a broken wing.
